1. How T-shirt size is measured?
A precise measurement chart and details regarding the sizes available are mentioned on the product page. Please refer to it before you place your order.
2. What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment was not successful, kindly check your card or payment details and try again. In most cases, the money debited will be returned in 3- 5 business days. If the problem persists, reach out to our support team!
3. How do I cancel the order I have placed?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within the first 24 hrs without any trouble. After that, the cancellation window will be closed! Our support team will help you through the process if you have any queries.
4. I wish to add a few more products to my order. Will it be possible?
Once your order has been confirmed and the final checkout process is over, you cannot add products to it. If you wish to buy more products, kindly place a new order and we will get you your favourite tees in no time!
5. How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
An email confirmation with your order ID and details regarding your order will be sent to you following your payment confirmation.
6. Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
At present, there is no option to make such changes to an order that’s already placed and confirmed.
7. In case I return the products, will the Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?
No, there is no refund for these charges.
